Buying or selling your home or land?  

We make the conveyancing process simple for a low price.  We offer a flat rate of $1320 (including GST), plus the cost of disbursements (for example, the cost of council searches for your contract) for both purchases and sales.

Buying

When you are buying a home, you need to be sure that you are aware of anything unusual about the property you are buying.  For example, the property you are looking at may have an easement allowing access over a part of it, or may be prone to flooding.  We ensure that we give you expert advice about any potential risks and we make the process as simple as possible by explaining the contract to you in plain English before you sign it.

Selling

We pride ourselves in our good communication and quick turn around.  After we are instructed, we usually have a listing contract ready for the Estate agents within 24 hours, although the process can take longer, subject to turn around time for council searches.  We explain the process step by step from the beginning and keep you informed the whole way.
